We realize that estate items are not just “stuff” but are truly personal, family treasures to be carefully moved for auction. Our auction professionals are trained to identify and set aside personal papers, documents and family photos to be sorted later by the family.
We do NOT “Cherry Pick” only a few valuable items that might sell easily at auction. Residential Services Offered:
Estate Auctions – We offer comprehensive services which include free assessment, written contract terms, customized advertising for your individual life phase, packing materials, qualified and screened labor, moving and storage to our facility for staging (or staging at your premise if applicable), preview coordination and staffing, all auction day services and a prompt and detailed itemization upon conclusion. Our care does not stop until you are satisfied!
Real Estate Services – A full complement of real estate auction services and traditional real estate listing and sales.
Appraisals – Our qualified Appraisers can perform most appraisals - insurance valuation, insurance claim, bankruptcy trustee vehicle or chattel valuation, dissolution of marital assets, IRS or tax disputes, probate, distribution of assets to heirs, non cash charitable donation valuation, loan value purposes, estate planning, negotiated sale values.
IP Auctions – We can auction patent or royalty rights, recording or literary rights, or inherited water/ mineral / gold mine rights. Call us first to make sure you are in full compliance with the law on intellectual property. Our Auctioneer spent almost ten years in the Regulatory Compliance profession! Do not underestimate the value!
Junk Removal – We can coordinate removal of unwanted household items. We can arrange for dumpsters and we do NOT charge for the required safety cones as a courtesy. The safety of our clients, family and neighbors is paramount.
AUCTION COMPLETE PROGRAM (Home Clearance) – This service provides for a complete removal of all unwanted items in the residence right down to the last spoon in the kitchen drawer and the last towel in the linen closet. We provide a fully trained and screened crew of auction professionals. We can arrange for dumpsters and there is no charge for the required safety cones as a courtesy. The safety of our clients, family and neighbors is paramount.
As part of our commitment to our community, we arrange for donation of needed items like eyeglasses to the Lions Club and professional women’s clothing to CAAW at no charge. Upon completion of the removal, we will coordinate a thorough cleaning of the residence. We can even coordinate locksmith services as needed and we can even arrange for real estate services to list and show the residence or sell the residence through the Auction Method of Marketing. Our most popular program!
Cleaning Services - We can coordinate cleaning services through our affiliate cleaning services. We use only carefully selected, qualified cleaning professionals. Even if you are not utilizing our extensive auction services, we can present a proposal to save you time and money on your cleaning needs!
