Our services include packing materials, qualified and screened labor, moving and storage to our facility for staging (or staging at your business location if applicable), preview coordination and staffing, all auction day services and a prompt and detailed itemization upon conclusion. IP Auctions – We can auction patent or royalty rights, recording or literary rights, or inherited water/ mineral / gold mine rights. WEATHERVANE AUCTIONS can sell abandoned trade fixtures at auction and recover lost funds! We will even remove unwanted items from the location. We can arrange for dumpsters and we do NOT charge for the required safety cones as a courtesy. The safety of our clients, family and neighbors is paramount.  

AUCTION COMPLETE PROGRAM (Business Clearance) – This service provides for a complete removal of all unwanted items in the business location right down to the last spoon in the break room and the last bolt on the shop floor. We provide a fully trained and screened crew of auction professionals. We can arrange for dumpsters and there is no charge for the required safety cones as a courtesy. The safety of our clients, family and neighbors is paramount.  

We can coordinate locksmith services as needed and arrange for real estate services to list and show the location or sell the building through the Auction Method of Marketing and our customized advertising.
